    Mr. Sussman, Executive Chairman, has over 15 years of experience in the natural resources and investment markets sectors. Having dedicated the majority of his career to the natural resources industry, Mr. Sussman has been instrumental in sourcing, funding and developing high-quality mineral assets. During his career, Mr. Sussman has built a strong network of business contacts throughout Latin America, and in the past decade has raised over $500 million for various ventures. Presently, he also serves as CEO of Continental Gold Limited a high-grade gold project in Colombia. Previously, Mr. Sussman was involved in Titanium Corporation Inc. Mr. Sussman is currently on the board of Dalradian Resources.

    Since graduating from the University of Toronto's geology program 15 years ago, Mr. Anderson has been a consulting geologist on gold, base metals and diamond projects for junior explorers, major producers and mineral industry consulting firms in South America, North America and Europe. Mr. Anderson was the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Aurelian Resources Inc., a company he co-founded, prior to its takeover by Kinross Gold Corporation. Mr. Anderson currently sits on the boards of Colossus Minerals Inc., Noront Resources Ltd. and U3O8 Corp Inc. He was named Mining Man of the Year by the Northern Miner in 2009 and received the Thayer Lindsley award for international discovery from the PDAC in 2008.

    Mr. Anthony is a mining engineer with more than 30 years experience in the mining industry and brings strong engineering and mineral processing expertise. From 2001 to 2010 Mr. Anthony held senior positions at Barrick Gold in Tanzania responsible for the development of the Bulyanhulu, Buzwagi and Tulawaka mines which are three of the four world-class gold and copper operations which form African Barrick Gold ("ABG"). Mr. Anthony was appointed Chief Operating Officer of ABG in 2009. ABG was listed on the FTSE in 2010 with a market capitalization of $3.8 billion. Mr. Anthony now works for Kinross, as the Project Director, responsible for execution of the Fruta del Norte Project. Mr. Anthony is also Chairman of Tembo Gold Corp, a Canadian based mine development company, with interests in Tanzania.

    Mr. Anthony graduated from Queens University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering (Mineral Processing).

    Mr. Frostiak is a registered professional engineer in the province of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining Metallurgy and Petroleum. Currently, Mr. Frostiak is Corporate Project Manager for Barrick Gold Corporation. In prior years, he held other positions within Barrick Gold Corporation and was responsible for numerous technical accomplishments, including leading the development of the process plant and surface facilities for both the Pierina mine in Peru, the Bulyanhulu mine in Tanzania, and Cowal mine in Australia.

    Mr. Hall is a seasoned geologist with over 35 years of international experience. From 1988-2005, he was employed by the Placer Dome group of companies, serving as Chief Geologist -World Wide during the last five years he was there. Placer Dome was later acquired by Barrick Gold Corporation in early 2006. Over the course of his illustrious career, Mr. Hall had a senior role in the discoveries of both Barrick Gold's Granny Smith mine and Rio Tinto's Yandi iron ore mine. In addition, he took part in the discoveries of Keringal and Wallaby in Australia's Eastern Goldfields, as well as the definition of AngloGold Ashanti's Sunrise gold mine. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

    Mr. Leiderman, CA, TEP, ICD.D, is the managing partner of the Toronto accounting firm Lipton LLP, Chartered Accountants. He has over 30 years experience specializing in assurance and advisory services, financing, tax, estate and strategic planning for corporations and partnerships. He has served as an independent director of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited since January 2003, has been a member of the Audit Committee since January 2003, and served as Chair of the Audit Committee from May 2005 to April 2011. He served as an Independent Director of Vale Inco. (Formerly CVRD Inco Limited) from October 2006 to 2007. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor (B.A.) and is a certified director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).

    Mr. Reeson is a business executive and an independent financial consultant with experience as an officer and director of a number of junior public companies. Currently Mr. Reeson is the CEO of Gossan Resources Ltd. and a director of Mega Uranium Ltd. In prior years, he held a number of positions in the investment industry, including the Executive Director of Listings for the Toronto Stock Exchange, Vice-President and Director of Davidson Partners, Midland Doherty & Yorkton Securities and, earlier, as an Investment Analyst at Burns-Fry.

    Mr. Silva is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of MBAC Fertilizer Corp., a producer of phosphate and potassium fertilizers in Brazil that is currently focused on expansions, improvements and further development of existing assets that are expected to drive production to more than 500,000 tonnes of phosphate per year. Mr. Silva has approximately 40 years of experience in the mining and chemical industries, and has provided technical consultation and training in development, construction, start-up, operation, strategic planning and productivity for various mining, hydropower and industrial companies. Mr. Silva has been instrumental in researching and developing metallurgical and engineering processes for mill plants in mining projects in Brazil, and implementing metallurgical processes which contributed to the development of mines in Tunisia, Africa and Togo, Africa. Mr. Silva has gained significant experience in senior management at various engineering, mining and chemical companies. Mr. Silva has served as a Director of Yamana Gold Inc. since July 2003. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from July 2003 to May 2007 and as President from May 2007 until his retirement from such position in September 2009. Prior to joining Yamana, Mr. Silva acted as Chief Operating Officer of Santa Elina Mines Corporation. Mr. Silva has also served as a director on the boards of several engineering and mining companies. Mr. Silva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the Universidade do Estado de São Paulo in São Paulo, Brazil.
